Our apprentices shine

Congratulations to Loïc Devenoge and Noah Luinetti, who successfully obtained their CFC qualification in civil draughting.

Interspersing their successful apprenticeship with working at NFIC, Loïc and Noah both distinguished themselves in the final exams held this summer. Special mention to Loïc Devenoge who, thanks to his exceptional overall average, finished first in the Vaud region in his cohort and his specialty.

Committed to training

At NFIC, we are particularly proud of the success of our apprentices. This success is proof of the talent of the young people we back, of the quality of our advice and support, but also of a winning strategy in terms of training.

We believe that progress and expertise only make sense if they are shared. This is why our firm has always been committed to the development of young people and welcomes a new apprentice and an intern from the EPFL each year.

Discovering talent to advance our profession

In addition to the positions we offer, we also provide a continuous training programme for our employees. At any point in their career, they have the opportunity to update their knowledge or explore new skills.

Finally, a close collaboration with Swiss universities is one of the pillars of our philosophy. Among the many activities we undertake in this respect is our support for master’s students and our participation at workshops and conferences with the EPFL.

These commitments not only contribute to the development of the engineering profession in general, but these exchanges also enrich us.
