The challenge
The owners of this detached villa at the foot of the Jura mountains wanted to make their home even more exclusive by adding an indoor swimming pool in the basement. The pool is lined with natural stone and integrated into a space with bespoke joinery and timber and metal window frames. The challenges of this conversion were numerous: the need to work underneath the building, the meticulousness of the finishing touches and the absolute respect of the deadlines, all without interfering with the daily life of the owners who occupied the premises throughout the duration of the work.
Our response
To carry out this conversion, our team drew on its extensive expertise in underpinning work. The building site was perfectly managed and coordinated, including the various interventions that took place and the construction of the masonry elements – all the while keeping dust and noise to a minimum.
