The challenge

A true gem in the heart of the Alps. An upmarket complex combining hotel, spa, swimming pools, restaurant and private flats in one of Switzerland's most popular and exclusive resorts. Designed by architects from Paris and Singapore, the Six Senses Residences in Crans-Montana is a project as prestigious as it is demanding. First of all, because the construction schedule had to respect the ski season calendar and often adapt to the difficult weather conditions encountered at high altitude. Secondly, because the construction had to meet the extremely high quality standards set by the architects and the Six Senses hotel chain that manages the resort.

Our response

Whatever the location, whatever the conditions, whatever the level of demand, the NFIC team never shies away from a challenge. Involved from the very beginning through to the delivery of the project, NFIC actively collaborated with the general contractor and kept an eye on the site on a daily basis. Our responsiveness and dynamism were particularly appreciated on such an exclusive and complicated project.
