The challenge

"Rethink everything”. Our client's slogan perfectly sums up the level of expectation that the renowned private bank has for the construction of its new global headquarters in Bellevue. This exceptionally ambitious project, designed by Herzog & de Meuron and executed by Favre+Guth, combines visionary architecture with the highest standards of attention to detail and sustainability. With more than 30 service providers involved, a powerful tool – Building Information Modelling (BIM) – to master, and Breeam Outstanding and SNBS Platinum standards to respect, the stakes were high.

Our response

At NFIC, we like to push boundaries. And to make sure that we kept to the tight schedule, our teams have had to be extremely reactive and dedicated. We have called upon our BIM skills and our in-depth knowledge of complex structures to meet the high technical standards of the project. Our extremely rigorous financial management skills have proved to be invaluable in respecting the budget constraints. All while never losing sight of the overall project vision. The result? This is a long-term project that is being perfectly executed, with the ambition of living up to our client's vision when the buildings are unveiled in 2024.
